A beautiful villa in an excellent location. It has a living area of 379 m2, which is located on a spacious plot of land of 1,150 m2. Behind the villa there is a smaller object ideal for a gym, and next to it is a studio apartment with a terrace.
The main building has an entrance from the back of the house, and it has two floors. The top floor is the main apartment with three bedrooms and an office room with a view. The main advantage of this floor is the terrace, which offers excellent communication with the interior space.

A glass wall divides the terrace and the kitchen so that you can enjoy meals with a view of Rogoznica and Marina Frapa. From the terrace, an outdoor staircase leads to the lower floor. There are many many storages, as well as a studio apartment.
In the garden there is a glazed studio apartment with a view of the pool. The garden is maintained and cultivated with various Mediterranean plants. Large pool enable you to enjoy hot summer days.
What sets this property apart from the others is its dominant position, on a hill that allows a view of Rogoznica and Marina Frapa, a large plot of land that is not characteristic for houses in that area, closeness to the center and the beach.
